We couldn’t find the shut off valve for the garden tap that was leaking as someone had grassed over the water company’s valve. Alan used a garden fork to probe until he found the valve. This is well beyond the job requirement for a plumber but just demonstrates that Alan is prepared to do whatever it takes to meet customer needs.”
