He attended on Wednesday morning and discovered that he required a spare part which he tracked down and purchased on Wednesday afternoon, then returned to complete the job on Thursday morning. In addition he resolved a couple of other (relatively minor) problems for us while he was at our house. Throughout, he kept us very well informed and was prompt in keeping appointments. He was very efficient, and left the area in which he was working clean and tidy.”
