“Having emailed the evening before, John came on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend and isolated the toilet. He identified the problem quickly and went away to order the part as it wasn't standard. John also helpfully show me the tap connectors were really frayed. So I had the option to get that sorted too. He came back just over a week later, once the part had arrived, and fixed the loo. I was very happy with the work. Prices seem high at first, but he knows what he is doing and doesn't drag the time out. Plus no additional call out charge, so overall charges are fair.”
